Meet Lucy Dewitt

I am proud to be a graduate of USD 232. Growing up in this district shaped who I am today—it gave me lasting friendships, mentors who believed in me, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Walking the same hallways that so many of our children do now instilled in me a deep pride in our schools and community.

As an alum, parent, and community member, I know firsthand the importance of strong schools in shaping both students and the future of our district. My experiences here inspired me to give back and ensure every child has the support they need to thrive.

Rooted in USD 232, I am committed to serving with empathy, action, and advocacy—bringing a graduate’s perspective, a parent’s heart, and a community member’s dedication to the school board.
